my split-complimentary Art 30 Lesson, i used a palette of Blue, Blue-violet, violet and orange-yellow, here's a poor little kitty left out in the cold rain, with the warm building lights shining mockingly around him, i think i achieved the feeling of depression/sadness here haha
here's one iwth just the kitty and litter colors, i kind of like it.
I've never been good for these mono-color stuff, but this one's really good. There's an emotion with it, solitude and, as you wrote yourself, mocking contrast of the buildings. It's a really good piece of art.
